My wife wanted to check our Seattle for a few days on her birthday. Hotels in the area are outrageously expensive, which led me to Sarah's condo/ apartment. Sarah has perfected the balancing act of being very responsive and accommodating, while simultaneously being very hands off. We definitely felt like we had our privacy. Plus, it's in a great location!! Within walking distance of the Space Needle, museums, parks, bars, breweries, restaurants, coffee, groceries, ferries, downtown, and the Public Market. The street out front was a little loud at times, but that was overshadowed by the reasonable price, the amenities (parking, gym, pool, sauna, view, etc), and the hospitality! There were even a couple beers left in the fridge from the previous guests!!
